Delete Your Triviola Account

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Triviola → Profile → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Email triviola.app@gmail.com from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 days, confirming by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account and all associated data: profile (name, bio, photos, preferences, location), matches and match requests, messages, reviews, trips, meetups, trust votes, notification tokens, and subscription linkage. This cannot be undone.

Retention

Data is removed from live systems immediately upon deletion. Encrypted database backups expire automatically within 14 days, after which no copy remains. Active Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Play Store → Subscriptions (deleting the account does not auto-cancel Google's billing).
