By creating an account or using Triviola ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information, including a verified email address.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One person per account; accounts are not transferable.
You agree not to: impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; spam or advertise without permission; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We provide blocking and reporting tools — reports are reviewed and may lead to content removal or account termination.
Triviola connects travelers who may choose to meet in person. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Exercise caution: meet in public places, tell someone your plans, and review our safety features (face verification, trust badges) — which reduce but do not eliminate risk. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.
You retain rights to content you post (photos, posts, trips) and grant us a license to host and display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms. Chat messages are encrypted in transit and at rest and are not proactively moderated; use the in-app report tools for abusive chats.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled in Play Store → Subscriptions. Prices are shown before purchase. Optional rewarded ads may unlock limited premium features. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account or this page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, user conduct, or events arising from in-person meetings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
